Lifetime are: Ari Katz, voice and rubber factory worker. Dan Yemin, guitar and grad student specialist. Dave Paliatis, bass and Nasa scientist. Pete Martin, guitar and smart ass comments, Scott Golley, drums and social conscious.

In the early nineties a band came on the scene who were in place to change it's whole direction. From the late eighties noise of hardcore, Lifetime carved a new sound by combining traditional East Coast power, with a spot of West Coast punk and their own unique melodies and harmonies.

Lifetime were one of the only bands that could blow your speakers up while still making you tap your feet and sing-a-long to their songs. Indigenous bass, drummers with ten arms, guitarist in socks, harmonious/powerful vocals and unbelievable crunching of guitars with melody were all traits of Lifetime.

Listen to Ghost on their first CD "Background" and be blown away by the drums, listen to Isae Aldy Beausoleil on "Seveninches" and let your heart explode to the vocals, listen to Rodeo Clown on "Hello Bastards" and be amazed at the awesome guitars, then listen to the final album and be in wonder at Theme Song For a New Brunswick Basement Show.

The guys from New Jersey were masters of the breakdown, perfectionists of power/melody. Whatever they may be doing now (some were in Kid Dynamite and Jets to Brazil) Lifetime will be a hard act to follow.
